Syndicate Running Put Run Slick to the Test

One of the best things that can happen to a young brand is when someone takes the time to understand not just what you make, but why you made it.
Today, Syndicate Running published an in-depth feature on Run Slick titled “Run Slick: Built for the Miles Where Everything Else Quits.”
And they went deep.
They told the story of why I started developing Run Slick while training for a full Ironman in Georgia heat and humidity. They looked at the chemistry and the thinking behind creating something different from the heavy, greasy products I had been using. They dug into how we tested it across long runs, ultras, triathlons, rain, humidity, hydration packs, sports bras and other real-world friction points.
Most importantly, they tested Run Slick themselves.
That part means a lot.
As a young company, we can talk all day about why we believe in our product. But it means something different when runners outside the company use it, challenge it and come to their own conclusions.
Syndicate also picked up on something that has become increasingly important to us as Run Slick grows: this was never really about creating another race-day product.
It is about removing one of those small frictions that can make someone want to stop moving.
Whether that happens at mile 3, mile 30, under a hydration vest, along a sports bra, during a hike, or simply going through everyday life.
Their conclusion was pretty special for us: Run Slick was built for the kind of miles and conditions where conventional anti-chafing products often start giving up.
That is exactly the problem I originally set out to solve.
A huge thank you to the Syndicate Running team for taking the time to test Run Slick, understand the story behind it, and share it with the running community.
